(Oct. 4/13) Limited-time offer! The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) is expanding its semi-skilled foodservice pilot allowing nominations for up to 20 per cent of a foodservice establishment’s workforce. All applications must be received by Nov. 28, 2013.
AINP wants to ensure that applications received are fully completed with qualified nominees to help reduce processing times, so they can approve as many applications as possible.
The Alberta government partnered with CRFA to produce a 15-minute presentation, followed by a 15-minute Q&A session for the foodservices industry. These webinars were held in October to help employers fill out their applications properly.

Register your nominee for language testing
Given the anticipated increase in AINP applications requiring nominee testing for language proficiency, we encourage you to register your nominee as soon as possible. Language testing spaces available will be limited in the coming weeks, so make sure your nominees are tested by the Nov. 28 deadline.
