(Jul. 31/13) WorkSafeBC is developing a guide to help small business employers meet their legal obligations to prevent and address bullying and harassment in the workplace. This guide follows the new Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Regulation policies that respond to changes to the Workers Compensation Act (Bill 14), taking effect Nov. 1, 2013.

CRFA will provide input on the draft guide, per WorkSafeBC’s request.
