(Dec. 10/14) The Atlantic Apprenticeship Harmonization Project aims to harmonize cook apprentice systems. This means better access to training, higher completion rates and more mobility for cook apprentices across Atlantic Canada – all good news for potential cooks and their employers.
Join the process
An advisory committee will try to remove job creation barriers caused by differing apprenticeship systems. Employers and employees from each province in Atlantic Canada can join the committee, and provide input on trade name, hours, curriculum standard, curriculum sequencing, log books and exam data banks. Contact email@example.com by Dec. 17 if you would like to participate.
