TORONTO, Feb. 27, 2015 – More than 12,000 restaurateurs, caterers, bar owners and other foodservice providers are expected at The Restaurants Canada Show starting this Sunday at the Direct Energy Centre, Exhibition Place. This annual trade event, the largest of its kind in Canada, runs March 1-3.

Industry delegates can register by 5 p.m. on Feb. 28 at www.restaurantshow.ca for the early-bird rate of $40 for a three-day pass. Admission is free for Restaurants Canada members.
The show is restricted to industry personnel (19 years of age and older) and accredited media only.
