(Feb. 26/13) CRFA and the Coalition of BC Businesses are proactively urging B.C. parties to avoid turning the labour policy clock back to quash workplace democracy. As the parties prepare for the upcoming election, talk has turned to the possibility of eliminating the secret ballot vote for union certification, and other potential labour policy changes that would raise the regulatory burden and hamper small business creation.
