(Nov. 13/13) CRFA is pleased the P.E.I. government is listening to our feedback and developing food safety regulations that are risk-based and consistent with those of other provinces.

During the Island’s review of its regulatory framework earlier this year, CRFA presented the state of our industry and restaurateur challenges to all food safety inspectors in the province. We have focused on building a strong working relationship with regulators to steer them away from grading systems and other unwarranted regulations.
