{"id":1213,"date":"2022-07-27T12:26:37","date_gmt":"2022-07-27T16:26:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.restaurantscanada.org\/?p=1213"},"modified":"2024-02-22T05:27:25","modified_gmt":"2024-02-22T10:27:25","slug":"le-quebec-obtient-une-note-de-c-au-bulletin-sur-les-politiques-en-matiere-dalcool-en-situation-de-pandemie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.restaurantscanada.org\/fr\/le-quebec-obtient-une-note-de-c-au-bulletin-sur-les-politiques-en-matiere-dalcool-en-situation-de-pandemie\/","title":{"rendered":"Le Qu\u00e9bec obtient une note de C au bulletin sur les politiques en mati\u00e8re d\u2019alcool en situation de pand\u00e9mie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Restaurants Canada vient de publier une \u00e9dition sp\u00e9ciale COVID-19 de son rapport Relever le d\u00e9bit dans laquelle le Qu\u00e9bec est appel\u00e9 \u00e0 faire preuve de plus d\u2019initiative en ce qui concerne le prix des boissons alcoolis\u00e9es.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">QU\u00c9BEC &#8212; Les notes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9es : pour la quatri\u00e8me fois depuis 2015, Restaurants Canada a remis \u00e0 chaque province un bulletin de notes indiquant la convivialit\u00e9 de son paysage politique en mati\u00e8re d\u2019alcool pour les bars et les restaurants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le rapport Relever le d\u00e9bit de cette ann\u00e9e, le Qu\u00e9bec a chut\u00e9 de pr\u00e8s d\u2019une lettre, passant de B- \u00e0 C, principalement en raison du manque de progr\u00e8s de la province en ce qui concerne le prix des boissons alcoolis\u00e9es pour les titulaires de permis. Alors que la plupart des autres provinces ont introduit ou \u00e9largi des politiques de prix r\u00e9duits pour les titulaires de permis dans le sillage de la COVID-19, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des alcools du Qu\u00e9bec (SAQ) n\u2019a toujours pas lanc\u00e9 cette bou\u00e9e de sauvetage indispensable aux bars et aux restaurants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab La pand\u00e9mie continue de repr\u00e9senter la plus grande crise que l\u2019industrie qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise des services alimentaires et du tourisme d\u2019accueil n\u2019ait jamais endur\u00e9e \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Olivier Bourbeau, vice-pr\u00e9sident de Restaurants Canada pour les affaires f\u00e9d\u00e9rales et Qu\u00e9bec. \u00ab Les d\u00e9savantages concurrentiels par rapport aux magasins d\u2019alcool g\u00e9r\u00e9s par le gouvernement ne font qu\u2019aggraver la situation.
