Ontario is taking a fresh look at the complex regulations around food safety in food premises. Some of the rules date back to 1940! Here’s your chance to weigh in.

Are some of the food safety regulations overly complex? Do they conflict with other rules? Do you want to cook sous-vide or serve steak tartar? Do the rules prevent you from getting newer, energy efficient equipment?

You can help bring about some much-needed updates. We want regulations that reflect best practices of today and are flexible enough to change in the future.
