For 34 years, fine dining restaurant Hole in the Wall has been a destination for foodies from across Canada and around the world. But last year, cancer claimed the life of owner Nelson Urteaga and the popular restaurant closed its doors.

For the month of December, his daughter Pilar re-opened the restaurant in tribute to her father’s legacy, with support from the same staff and featuring the same menu with its fusion of Canadian and Peruvian cuisine.
