(June 22/17) The Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) is recommending that licensees evaluate their needs and prepare for a potential strike starting Monday, June 26. For example, some licensees are increasing their inventory as a contingency measure.
The LCBO plans to minimize disruptions to licensees and is updating them on the situation. In the meantime, it will continue the bargaining process in the hopes of reaching a new collective agreement and avoiding a strike.
