Health Canada To Prohibit The Use Of Trans Fats

(Sept. 24/17) It’s official – Health Canada will prohibit the use of partially hydrogenated oils, commonly known as trans fats, from the food supply in September 2018. They published notice on Sep. 15, 2017, giving manufacturers one year to transition to reformulated products.
