New educational resources on updated Ontario labour laws now available

The Making Ontario Open for Business Act came into force on Jan. 1, 2019. This new legislation rolls back many of the reforms to Ontario labour laws that were introduced by the previous Liberal government under Bill 148. (Click here for a breakdown of all the changes that took effect starting Jan. 1, 2019.)

Ontario’s Ministry of Labour has updated its educational resources to reflect the new labour legislation.
