Bruce will examine useful strategies for maintaining high profile staff, retaining staff in conjunction with the impact of Ontario’s Bill 148 and why retention should be a line in owners’ and operators’ profit and loss.
In March, Joe Baker, Dean of Centennial College’s School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts will host a Millennials in the Workplace webinar, to discuss the growing influence millennials have on the industry, as well as best ways and practices to capitalize and understand how the new generation is impacting Canada’s foodservice landscape and labour force.
