TORONTO, January 20, 2015 – Jon Taffer, an internationally recognized, award-winning restaurant operator, owner, and concept developer who has consulted for over 800 businesses, will share insights from three decades of hands-on experience at an exclusive “Taffer Talks” keynote address at The Restaurants Canada Show, March 1-3 at the Direct Energy Centre in Toronto.

Jon Taffer is one of only six inductees into the Nightclub Hall of Fame, and is also the holder of such distinctions as Pub Master, Operator of the Year and winner of Property of the Year, and is known for his renowned method of management, “Reaction Management.” Jon Taffer was appointed by Questex LLC to be the president of its Nightclub & Bar Media Group, which includes the Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show and related digital media products.
