My personal making moments story is meeting one of my chef heroes Gaggan Anand from Gaggan Bangkok and the best meal I ever had.

He has been twice rated Asia’s best chef/restaurant and has taken Indian cuisine and evolved it into visual art. Having met him at a hotelier conference, he invited me to come for a meal next time I am in Bangkok and, true to his word, he treated me to one of the best meals I have ever had. What was great was his story of coming from an humble background to being the numero uno chef in Asia and his love for Indian cooking and experimenting with molecular gastronomy to create a meal one will never forget. Photos can’t do justice to how good the food was but if you are ever in the Thailand and you don’t eat at Gaggan, you would regret it.
