fsStrategy principals Geoff Wilson and Jeff Dover led a 50-minute presentation that covered a wide range of current issues affecting foodservice operators, including menu inflation and optimization, availability of labour, reservations, expenses and reducing energy costs. The remaining 10 minutes were dedicated to answering questions from listeners in a real-time Q&A session.
