(June 24/15) The Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission (AGLC) has delayed the launch of its formal liquor law review from June 2015 to this fall. Topics to be covered include:

  • liquor sale and service hours;
  • special event licensing;
  • minimum drink prices;
  • ‘happy hours;’ and
  • temporary liquor stores at large events.

Although the launch has been postponed, Restaurants Canada urges you to give us your input. We will share your feedback with the AGLC. Send your comments to Restaurants Canada’s Mark von Schellwitz.
