Restaurants Canada Announces Jennifer Henshaw, Vice President of the Prairies, and the North

National

Restaurants Canada continues to expand its national team: Jennifer Henshaw will now serve as the Regional Vice President for the Prairies (including Saskatchewan and Manitoba) and the North (the Territories).

Having been with Restaurants Canada for a year, serving as Director of Provincial Government Relations for Western Canada, alongside Regional Vice President for Western Canada Mark Von Schellwitz, Jennifer has excelled by pairing her passion for government relations and communications to become a strong voice for the restaurant sector.

Jennifer brings extensive experience on both sides of the lobbying table. Prior to joining Restaurants Canada, Jennifer served as the Senior Press Secretary to Alberta’s Minister of Energy and was previously the Press Secretary to the Associate Minister of Natural Gas and Electricity. She also spent nearly 6 years successfully advocating for independent businesses in the Prairie region with the Canadian Federation of Independent Business, and has worked for multiple federal and provincial elected officials.

Her experience in both advocacy and government affairs will not only be an asset to the Restaurants Canada team, but to the restaurant sector in provinces and territories she will now be advocating on behalf of.
