It’s RC Show-time!

We’re just days away from RC Show 2026! This year’s overarching theme, “Into the Beyond,” challenges us to leave behind outdated practices and rethink the future of foodservice and hospitality.

As seismic shifts reshape our industry, the question is: Are we ready to move beyond the past and seize what’s next?

This is our moment to embrace reinvention and make our businesses future-ready for a new world.

Under the umbrella of ‘Into the beyond’ each day at the show has a different Pillar

  • Independent Restaurants Day – Sunday March 8th, sponsored by Maple Leaf Foods
  • Women in Hospitality Day – Monday, March 9th, sponsored by PepsiCo
  • Tech and Innovation Day – Tuesday, March 10th, sponsored by TouchBistro

With 650 vendors and brands to explore, six stages and more than 58 sessions, we’ve built a program that speaks to every corner of our industry, and I want to share some of the events I’m most excited about.

Innovation

This series of presentations and panels truly exemplify the innovation and technological nimbleness that define the foodservice industry in 2026:

Women in hospitality

March 9th  at RC Show is Women in Hospitality Day, celebrating the women shaping Canada’s foodservice and hospitality industry. Restaurants Canada is bringing its dish. series to the RC Show throughout the day for a networking event and invigorating talks from some of the top female leaders in the industry:

We are also thrilled to be partnering with WORTH to bring its Yes Shef series to Toronto for the first time to close out the day. Attendance is limited so register today.

Timely conversations

From trade to immigration to recruiting and retaining the next generation of workers, we are tackling some of the most pressing issues impacting the foodservice industry. Don’t miss these conversations by leading experts in their fields:

  • State of the Industry with our very own Chief Economist Chris Elliott – Tuesday, March 10 at 12:15 pm

Sustainability

The foodservice industry is at the forefront of sustainability and waste reduction. This year, we’re excited to bring you panels and presentations tackling different ways we can ensure our kitchens and operations are following best practices, including:
