Surviving Inflation: Restaurants Teetering at the Edge 


Restaurants are resilient, but the threats they face are severe. Half of restaurants and foodservice companies report operating at a loss or just breaking-even as food costs continue to grow. Urgent changes are needed to help restaurant businesses survive and thrive over the months ahead. 

As part of the federal budget process, Restaurants Canada is pleased to offer the government its recommendations to ensure the foodservice industry has the support needed to move forward from survival to a full revival.
