This report was designed as both an introduction to the concept of food safety culture, and a how-to guide for implementation within a food business, regardless of the size of the organization.
Maintaining a food safety culture demands forward-thinking. Having a clear sense of where the GFSI is headed will be important to those food businesses certified to GFSI benchmarked schemes.
