Saskatchewan WCB rates drop in 2017

(Nov. 3/16) As of Jan. 1, 2017, Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) premium rates will drop from 87 cents to 82 cents per $100 of payroll. This reduction will save the province’s restaurants more than $300,000 next year.

Restaurants Canada and Saskatchewan’s Service and Hospitality Safety Association (SHSA) are pleased improvements to workplace health and safety are resulting in fewer injuries and associated costs.
